Lately I’ve been wearing a lot of black, today I’m wearing it again. I usually go for grey and brown tones once we move into October and November. But, I’ve been finding a lot of beautiful black pieces and I just can’t pass them up.
On my latest Bloomingdales run I came across Ted Baker’s Autumn/Winter 2014 collection. I found an array of stunning coats, full skirts, and dresses. I just had to take some pieces home for the upcoming holiday season. So today I opted for Ted’s Paladia skirt. I can’t get enough of the structured shape; it’s perfect if you’re going for a great feminine look as I was today. Since the print is extremely charming, full of opulent blooms, and eye catching. For that reason I decided to keep the rest of my ensemble pretty simple. I wore a simple black cami and dainty gold jewelry. I did however want to wear killer shoes, therefore I wore black caged heels to draw some attention to my feet and balance out the outfit.
I truly love this skirt, you will definitely see it again in upcoming blog posts.
