When it comes to dressing up for a meeting my first thought is always a pinstripe suit and pulled back hair. But right away I shake that thought right out of my head. After all, the meetings I attend are with brands who are interested in my personal style. So I try to express my style even more so on these special occasions. As you can never make a first impression twice.
Concerning todays look I was going for business casual with a punch of color. I started off with a typical white long sleeve button down shirt. But as most of you know I love paying attention to details and color. This skirt is full of hues of red, fuchsia, and black. The great stitching at the waist makes this A line skirt extra special. The look breathes femininity with a sense of “doing business’ attitude. I wore my most comfortable shoes, simple black suede ankle strap heels.
P.S. The Gap skirt I’m wearing was apparently really popular so its no longer listed online. But I know I’ve seen many in stores. So if you really like it make the trip out to your local Gap store and get it for yourself 🙂
