Hot sunny days are my favorite! Although we’re still in spring, it definitely feels like we are living in a summer daze here in LA. The temperature on this day was a blistering 85F. I opted for a relaxed outfit in order to feel most comfortable and unrestricted. The bell sleeves and double ruffled-edge hem definitely give off a boho vibe. I also think that the embroidered details on the sleeves paired with studded espadrilles and a suede fringe purse was a great way of blending playful and refined items together. Aviator sunnies and a woven straw hat are always a must on such sunny days, as it’s very important to protect our skin and eyes from sun rays.
I wore this little white cotton number as a dress to the beach today, but it’s actually a top. Versatility is key with me, so it’s really nice that this top is long enough where it can be worn as a beach coverup during the day. Then it can be transformed to its intended purpose as a top for a different occasion. Just by adding a dark pair of jeans, a sleek ponytail and killer heels would make this informal outfit look more refined and even elegant, don’t you think?
As always my outfit details are listed below. The only item you won’t find down there is the stunning Perry Street silver necklace I’m wearing. It’s from Rocksbox!
