Finally I’m all caught up with my blog posts and you’ll be seeing my instagram outfits on the blog much sooner, like a week later. I got behind during the summer, I guess I was having too much fun under the sun that it affected my work, and I was putting my blog duties on the side. But that won’t be happening anymore, with the re-launch of my YouTube channel I’ve started to plan out my days in order to get the most use out of them. I’ve gotten organized and even bought a planner, can you believe it? I feel like such an adult now! For now I have my next two weeks fully planned, I know exactly what days I’ll be wearing what and what I’ll be filming, shoot I even know what I’m going to be a eating on a couple of days too lol.
Ok, so now let’s get into what you came here for, and that is the details on this black on black look that I L-O-V-E love!! First of all, let me tell you that I’m not wearing a bra out on date night, instead it’s a skivvies (something like a top and bralette combined into one) made out of lace and extra details. Hmmmm the more I describe my top the more it does sound like a bra lol. Well, if it is a bra then it’s a really pretty bra that you can’t help but to wear it out. Since it is a bit revealing I decided to wear it with a cape. The cape was a great idea because it accentuated my bralette without covering it or hiding it like a regular jacket or blazer would have done. Capes are always open and offer enough room in the front to be able to show off what’s underneath. Now can we take a moment and notice the thigh high cut on this skirt, it is absolutely incredible, and the slimming effect it has makes me feel super elegant. As usual I opted for my black patent heels for this look. For me, what seals the deal for a perfect Saturday night outfit are my accessories. I wore my favorite pair of earrings that I bought a few years back in Italy. They’re large, shiny, and oh so chic, I feel like a pageant contestant every time I wear them.
An all black look is usually not my go-to outfit of choice, only because I like to wear bright colors much more, but I must say this look definitely brought out my alter ego. I felt like Cat woman in this outfit. This look definitely made me realize that it’s good to try new things every now and then and give certain styles a chance, even if they may seem a bit daring and intimidating at first.
By the way, please make sure to link your Instagram account with LiketoKnow.it .
