Hi everyone, I hope you are having a productive week so far. At the moment I myself am trying to be as disciplined as possible. Since I’m responsible for planning my own schedule I tend to get very lazy mid week and just want to spend all day in bed, cuddling with my furry best friend Maggie, and watch Friends–so they really were on a break! (Sorry, that’s just another topic all together lol).
As you can see in these pictures it was really cold when we shot them. Which is truly a rarity here in California. We shot this right before this major thunderstorm struck Los Angeles. So I had to dress accordingly, which wasn’t too much of a hassle since I had been dying to wear all of these items for weeks, specially the cable-knit scarf by FreePeople. This sand colored accessory has lovely knitted details and fringe, which really makes it stand out to me. What’s best is that it’s multifunctional. It works as a regular wrap around scarf, as well as a hooded one. Underneath I wore a white v-neck blouse that featured a really nice detail, an attached choker and a pair of the prettiest embroidered jeans. These jeans have become my absolute favorite and are on repeat at least twice a week. Last, but definitely not least is my pink slouch beanie. With it’s oversized fit, pom pom detail, and powder pink shade it truly suits a cold and rainy day. I was on a search for the perfect beanie for a long time. And luckily I found this one, I’m beyond happy with it.
